A. No. I have photographed weddings in the past but due to other commitments, my schedule can change at short notice and although this is rare, it is out of my control. Letting someone down for a wedding photoshoot is not something I am willing to risk.
Q. Do I get any printed photos as part of the photoshoot package?
A. No. To keep the cost competitive I do not include any printed photos in the package. I do provide digital copies of all edited photos which allows you to chose a printing service that suits. We have teamed up with Loxley Colour Studios and you are able to order prints, framed photos, canvases etc. direct from your gallery at an extra cost.
Q. Am I able to re arrange my photoshoot due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.
A. Yes. I want to get the best photos of you and your family just as much as you do. I am conscious that family life can be unpredictable as can the Scottish weather.
Q. How many people can I have in my photoshoot?
A. I have no hard and fast rules about this. It comes down to common sense. The more people that are present the busier it becomes and the less time I can spend on getting candid shots of each person.
Q. What happens on a photoshoot?
A. I would usually meet you at home, try and if requested, get some formal shots using a white or black background and portable lighting that creates that "studio" look. Then we would move on to an outside space, taking some toys, a football, bike or scooter allows children to relax and forget they are having their photos taken. I would then spend time getting candid photos of you and your family having fun. After the photoshoot I would aim to have the photos edited and online within a couple of days for you to view.
